Hello Everyone, I’m Rajesh, lil bit about myself. I’ve always interested in being fit – Unfortunately, many things like diets, doing improper exercises didn’t help me and set me back in my fitness journey. Living in US for the past 10 years, I got a wide exposure to different kinds of fitness training – Gym machine based workouts, Group fitness, Personal fitness, HIIT…etc

Once, I was told by one of my instructors once mentioned a key mantra to a great body – 80% lies in food we eat + 20% in exercises we do – And guess what, doing exercise is the easy part! This quote has stuck with me ever since – And I truly believe, enjoying all kinds of food in moderation is still alright, as long as you put the effort in for great workouts!

Ello Fit is based on understanding science that goes behind fitness activities. It also incorporates my personal experience of what I’ve learnt and what has helped me gain stamina and lead a healthy lifestyle.
