FAQ

Why join Ello Fit when I can go to the gym?

Going to gym is not everyone’s favorite. Be honest, you might have tried gyms, diet…etc and it didn’t work out for you.

Why is wrong with having excess weight in my body?

Excess weight increases how hard the heart has to work, it also raises blood pressure, blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels and lowers HDL (good) cholesterol levels. Excess weight can make a person more likely to develop diabetes. And that’s why you gotta take care of your body.

How many classes per week do you recommend to attend per week?

We highly encourage to go to 4 classes (out of a total of 5) per week. We know we’re asking you to do more, but guess what, every class matters for your goal!

I always am busy with my kids and taking them to piano, math tuition classes...etc I don’t have time for doing exercise.

Well, you’ve to be fit enough to do look after your kids for a long time. Your family, community and nation depends on you, whether you know it or not. If you’re full of energy, you’ll inspire many great things around you!

Exercise is like a hair cut, only you can take care of your body! No one else can do it for you!

Why do you have so many different type of classes every week?

Our human body is capable of doing amazing things and to make sure every part of the body gets its share of workout, we have uniquely designed programs to target your entire body!

And that’s why, we mix and match different classes to accomplish a whole body workout that’s exciting to practice and not boring you with treadmill exercises!

Can I get results quick?

If you want quick results, you’ve come to the wrong place! But, if you want life changing, long lasting results, then let’s chat!

Besides, things that you get quickly are most often than not is not worth striving for! Your body deserves more!

Is there any age restrictions to joining Ello Fit?

Currently we’re accepting all ages between 20-50. We’ll open our doors for other ages in future.

What type of exercises will I be doing?

This depends on you. Our expert fitness team will assess you and provide a wide variety of exercises including but not limited to,

  • Sports (Football, team sports)
  • Sit ups
  • Squats

What happens if I don’t like the exercise programs, will I get a refund?

Unlike other places who take your money and claim it as “non-refundable”, that’s not the case with Ello Fit!

Ello Fit is in the mission of helping people look good and feel great. Ofcourse, we would return “your” money. You’ve 1 week to cancel after your bootcamp class starts.

If you don’t like the class, we’re sorry to have disappointed you. Your money will be fully refunded + we’ll give you a Rs.100 Flipkart gift card if you cancel within 1 week of your first class.

Urghhh… We are not starting another gym! If you’re looking for “gym body”, please don’t join us! But, if you’re looking to be a happy healthy version of you, then let’s talk! We promise to help you get there!

Bored of Gym Salesmen who constantly email, call and nag you to sign up for membership?

No worries. We won’t do any of that s***t . You’ll be refunded your amount + Rs.100 more, if you don’t like our service!

Will you ask me to pay extra and sign up for “Personal training” (like in gyms)?

Our fitness instructors job description does NOT include converting members into Personal training. We respect your privacy and we’ll strive harder to win you as a customer!
